Ingenting er sterkere enn et selskaps identitet. Kraften ligger i energien hos de ansatte, og i at alle vet hvor de er på vei. Det er ofte ikke mer komplisert enn som så.
Vår filosofi
BRANDING . . . Å bygge en merkevare for fremtiden er noe av det viktigste et selskap gjør. Det er dette som er selskapets ansikt utad, og den subjektive oppfatningen kundene har av bedriften og dens produkter. Er målet å øke salget, fokuserer vi på de prosessene som særlig påvirker dette og utarbeider løsninger som har direkte, målbar effekt. Med et helhetssyn i bunn kan det innebære at mange steiner må snus, slik at kraften i hele organisasjonen utnyttes. Dette gjør vi bl.a. ved å se på hva som skal til for å tilføre energi og motivasjon der det er mest nødvendig, vi ser på om salgsarbeidet er strukturert og ambisiøst nok til å få ønsket effekt, og om resultatmåling og oppfølging faktisk bidrar som forventet med å øke prestasjonene.
Vår jobb er å lese situasjonen, bedriften og utfordringene på riktig måte – og foreslå og legge opp til prosesser og løsninger. Det du trener på blir du god til, og dersom alle i en bedrift vet hvor de skal, vil de også komme dit.
Vi er sikre på at det er verdt en
kaffe om vi setter oss ned sammen.

Det eneste de har fått høre er hva salgstallene forventes å bli. Dette er selskaper som drives av det vi har valgt å kalle «kvartalstalldirektører».

Vi har laget kampanjer som spenner fra periodevise salgsdager for IT-selskaper til store, offentlige kampanjer som TV-aksjonen for Redd Barna og Stortingsvalget for Statens Informasjonstjeneste.
Event
Vi har mange års erfaring i å planlegge og gjennomføre store og små eventer, i tillegg til stand- og messedesign.

Bakgrunn fra idretten. Har spilt ishockey og innebandy. og er stolt innehaver av tre kongepokaler. Er en trollmann på det interaktive; alt fra bevegelser i en presentasjon til webcast, video og animasjoner.
